They did such an amazing job! Helped us picked the best garage door that fits our needs and importantly our budget. We should've came here the first place. I recently had some service completed at my home in Calabasas. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the experience. First, the technician called ahead as per agreement when the appointment was set and arrived shortly thereafter. Although I am sure his job requires him to get dirty and sweat a LOT, he still had a sense of neatness in his dress and appearance. He was professional and polite. He took the time to explain the issue to me in language I could understand (he didn't use any "job jargon") and informed me how I could prevent such an issue from happening again in the future. After the job was complete he showed me what he had done and proved it by testing the garage door opener.

Thank you for sending such a well-trained and professional representative from your company to assist me in getting this issue resolved. In the event of any other garage problems, I will defiantly be calling you guys. I will also spread the word about the amazing service.
